Sirha Lyon returns to Eurexpo Lyon from January 21 to 25, 2027, bringing together foodservice and hospitality professionals for five days of exhibits and industry meetings. The 23rd edition will take place at the exhibition center in Chassieu, east of Lyon.
The organizer says more than 4,300 exhibitors and brands have already been confirmed. An expansion of Hall 4 adds 7,000 square meters, taking the event footprint to nearly 150,000 square meters. For restaurant operators and buyers, that scale makes planning worthwhile: identifying the suppliers and products to see before arrival should leave more time for useful conversations on the floor.
The show covers food and hospitality, including equipment and products used by professional kitchens. Visitors can compare offerings in person and meet suppliers across the industry, an advantage when a purchase involves installation, maintenance or staff training as well as price.
Admission is reserved for professionals in food, restaurants and hospitality. The published visitor hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, with a late opening on Friday. Badge and travel details are available on the event website.
