EICMA, the world’s top motorcycle show, takes place at Fiera Milano Rho in Milan. Press and trade days are November 3 and 4, and the public comes in from November 5 to 8. This is the 83rd edition.
EICMA is where the bike industry launches its next model year. Ducati, Honda, BMW Motorrad, Yamaha, Triumph, KTM and the rest save their big reveals for Milan, so the press days generate a flood of new bikes in a few hours.
Electric motorcycles and scooters, adventure bikes and the growing Chinese brands are the stories to watch. Riding gear, helmets and accessories fill the rest of the halls. Public tickets cost €20, or €15 at the launch price.
For anyone who rides, sells or makes two-wheelers, EICMA sets the tone for the season ahead.
